Recently recognized by my peers in the legal community as a “Select Lawyer” in Commercial and General Civil Litigation, I have litigated cases throughout central Pennsylvania and in Federal Court. As an experienced litigator, I can recognize and address potential disputes before they arise. In the event litigation is necessary, we address issues promptly and aggressively, yet look towards alternative avenues of resolution if available.

Small and family-owned businesses make up the majority of our business community. Succession plans for these businesses require a pro-active approach, with coordination of all legal, accounting, estate and other matters.
